We tested 150 'recommended' jobs. One was real.
We collected every job Seek, TradeMe and LinkedIn recommended to a real 20+ year graphic design and project management CV, then scored all 150 properly. One was a genuine strong match. The 'recommendations' included a drainlayer, a mining supervisor and a drone pilot needing a licence the candidate has never held. One job was recommended three separate times.

Your CV is read in full
Overlapping roles, freelance work and genuine gaps are handled properly, not added up wrong.

Hard requirements come first
A missing licence, qualification or work visa weighs heavily before anything else. Strong skills can't hide a real disqualifier.

Seniority mismatch is named
Being far too senior for a junior role counts as a mismatch. You can turn that off if you're genuinely open to it.

Common questions
Is EMeetE free for job seekers?+
Yes. There is no subscription and no paid tier for job seekers. Employers pay a flat fee to list a job.
How do I sign in?+
There are no passwords on either side. Enter your email and we send you a sign-in link. Click it and you are in.
What happens to my CV?+
You upload it once. It is read in full to build your profile, and the file itself is deleted once it has been read. If you delete your profile, everything is removed immediately.
What if my CV is light on detail?+
If a CV is too thin to score well, for example roles listed with no description of what you actually did, EMeetE will ask additional follow-up questions. You can add the detail and re-upload, or carry on anyway. It never blocks you.
What if my CV changes or I want to add more detail?+
Upload another CV in your profile, and we'll check over your updated CV again. If there's any information it thinks is missing, or is light, it'll ask specific questions to help with scoring.
Does EMeetE apply to jobs for me?+
No. You see the score and the reasons, and you press Apply on the jobs you want. Nothing is sent without your knowledge.
Does the AI decide who gets hired?+
No. No candidate is automatically rejected or hired, and no employer is told who to pick. Scores and reasons exist to help a person decide faster.
Who checks the employers?+
A person. Every employer is validated before they can post a vacancy, and listings are reviewed along the way. Recruitment agencies are labelled with an Agency tag.
What does it cost employers?+
One flat fee per listing. You get a ranked list of the people who actually fit, each with a plain-language reason.
