How to test a new hiring platform without betting the business

Switching how you hire is a real ask, especially when you've no proof the new thing is better.

So don't switch. Do both.

Keep posting where you already post. List the same role on EMeetE as well, and compare what comes back. Here's a simple way to keep score.

What to compare

  1. Relevance. Of the top ten candidates you're shown, how many would you interview?
  2. Time. How long did it take to build a shortlist you're happy with?
  3. Reasons. Can you see why each person ranked where they did?
  4. Noise. How many applications did you read and discard?

What you'll see on EMeetE

Every candidate's CV is read in full against your job description and scored out of 100, with a simple summary of what fits and what doesn't. People applying have pressed Apply on a job they read the reasons for, not blindly firing off a CV automatically. No candidate is auto-rejected or auto-hired. You make the call.

How to get started

  1. Your first three listings are free, so the test costs nothing.
  2. Create an employer account with your company name and website.
  3. Draft your listing straight away.
  4. A person at EMeetE validates every employer before they can post a vacancy (usually within one business day).
  5. Once approved, publish the role and share like you would the others.

RUN IT FOR TWO WEEKS

Write down your four scores for each platform. If the shortlist is better, you'll know exactly why. If it isn't, you've lost very little time and no cost.
