Posting a job on most sites is the easy part. The hard part comes after: hundreds of applications, a pile of keyword matches, and a day lost finding the handful worth a phone call. EMeetE is built to shrink that second part. Here is how it works.

That gap is the problem we are working on.
Sign up with your email. There are no passwords on EMeetE, just a sign-in link. Enter your company name and website, and add your NZBN if you know it. If you do not, we look it up for you.
You can start drafting jobs immediately. Before anything goes live, each employer is validated by a person on our side, usually within one business day. Once you are approved, your drafts can be posted.
Why we check every employer
Job seekers have heard the stories about fake listings, ghost jobs and wasted time. Every employer is manually validated before they can post a vacancy, which protects the people applying and the businesses hiring. Listings are also reviewed along the way.
Describe the job the way you would explain it to a person: what the work is, the hours, the salary. Salary is taken into account as a soft consideration rather than a hard cut-off, and there is an option for people returning to work. If a listing asks for something an employer is not allowed to screen on, the system flags it.
Each candidate's CV is read in full against your job description. Every person gets a score out of 100 and a plain-language summary of what fits and what does not. Nobody gets filtered out because they used a different word for the same skill.
Candidates are ranked by fit with the reasons beside them, so your time goes on a shortlist rather than the pile. You can still look further down the list whenever you like. It just stops being the starting point.
There is one flat fee to list a job. Job seekers never pay anything, so the people applying have read why the job fits them and chosen to put their hand up.
Candidates' CV files are deleted after they are read. Their information is never sold and is not used to train AI, and they can edit or delete their profile at any time.
