Most job sites leave the work to you. You type keywords, scroll through hundreds of ads, rewrite your CV for each one, then write a cover letter that probably nobody reads. EMeetE turns that around. Here is what actually happens, start to finish.
There are no passwords on EMeetE, for job seekers or employers. Enter your email and we send you a sign-in link. It takes about a minute.
The AI reads your CV in full, the way a person would, then the file is deleted. What we keep is a short summary of your experience, plus your name and contact details so you never retype them. All of it sits on your profile where you can read it and change it.
If part of your CV is light on detail, the CV engine does not just mark you down. It asks a quick follow-up so you get proper credit for experience that did not come through clearly the first time. You end up with a fuller picture than the CV alone, and so does any employer looking at your match.
There is no search bar. Each job is read against your CV and given a score out of 100, with a plain-language summary of what lines up and what does not. You see your own score and your own summary. A strong match says so. A weak one says that too, so you can skip it and get your evening back.
When a job looks right, press Apply. That is the whole application. There are no CVs to send and no cover letters to write, because the employer already has everything they need to know about you, including your match score.
You will not get a daily flood. We email you when an employer has shown interest in you, or when your profile has some strong new matches. If you go quiet for two weeks, the emails stop on their own.
Employers are checked first
Every employer on EMeetE is validated before they can post a vacancy. We do that because of the stories job seekers keep telling us about fake listings and wasted time, and we want you to know someone has looked at the business behind the job.
Nothing, ever, if you are looking for work. Employers pay a flat fee to list a job. That is the only money in the system, and it does not come from you.
Your data, in plain terms
Your CV file is deleted after it is read.
What we keep is your summary and contact details, so forms can pre-fill. They sit in a database where each person's data is locked to their own account.
You can see and edit all of it, any time. Delete your profile and everything is removed immediately.
Your information is never sold, and it is not used to train AI.
That is the whole thing. Upload once, read the jobs that fit, press Apply.
